Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking quotations for HVAC preventative maintenance services. The contract will include a base period of one year and four option years, with a total duration not exceeding five years. The services will be performed at the Stuttgart National Aquaculture Research Center in Almyra, Arkansas. The USDA intends to make one award from this solicitation and will evaluate quotations based on the lowest price technically acceptable criteria.

• The contractor must demonstrate their ability to perform the required services and provide a sound and compliant approach that meets all requirements.
• The contractor must provide a detailed explanation of their ability to perform the services and any requirements they cannot accomplish.
• The contractor must have acceptable or neutral past performance.
