Description
The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency is seeking bids for conference facilities for a Type IV Basic conference. The conference will be held from September 15-17, 2026, and the venue must be located within 25 miles of Rochester, Austin, or Mankato City Hall. The contract will include room rental, catering, AV equipment rental, and lodging.
• The conference will have an estimated number of attendees, but the State does not guarantee a minimum number of lodging rooms or meals.
• The contract prices shall not be adjusted if the number of attendees falls below the estimate.
• The State reserves the right to award this conference to a facility that is clean, well-maintained, provides adequate space, and is located in the State of Minnesota.
• The term of this contract is anticipated to be from September 14, 2026.
