The State of California’s Department of General Services is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive boiler maintenance services for six atmospheric boilers (four RBI, two LAARS) located at the Joe Serna Jr. Building #024 in Sacramento. The three‑year contract covers preventive maintenance, annual flue‑gas testing, both foreseeable and unforeseeable repairs, emergency response, technical support, parts provision, reporting, and a one‑year warranty on all work.
