ARDOT Job No. 090773: Bicycle & Ped. Active Mobility Plan (Rogers)(S)

The City of Rogers is seeking letters of interest from qualified consulting firms for the development of a city-wide bicycle and pedestrian master planning document. The work will generally consist of project management, stakeholder and public engagement, data collection and analysis, network recommendations and mapping, development of an implementation plan and best-practice design guidelines, prepare a draft report, final document, and an update to the City’s Master Street Plan. The project includes federal-aid funds and all work will be reviewed and approved by the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT).
