Description
Lamar University is seeking a cloud-based syllabus management solution that enables the creation, revision, auditing, and discovery of syllabi across academic programs. The selected firm will be required to provide a syllabus management platform that meets the university's needs. The contract will be for a period of 2 years with optional 3 additional one-year terms. The university is looking for a firm that can provide a comprehensive solution that includes implementation, training, and support.
• The syllabus management platform should be cloud-based and scalable to meet the university's growing needs.
• The platform should have the ability to create, revise, audit, and discover syllabi across academic programs.
• The selected firm should have experience in providing similar services to institutions of higher education.
• The firm should have a strong understanding of the university's needs and be able to provide a tailored solution.
• The contract will include a base annual fee for the syllabus management platform based on the university's FTE of 17,500.
