Description
The Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF) is seeking community-based organizations to serve as Area Lead Agencies (ALA) for the Department's 29 Area Offices. The successful bidder will provide administrative and clinical services, including service navigation, family engagement, and fiscal management. The contract will be for a base period of four years with the option to extend for an additional six years. The ALA will work with DCF staff to identify and manage services for youth and families, and will provide support and consultation to DCF staff. The ALA will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information regarding ALA functions, generating reports, and collaborating with DCF staff on forecasting methods for budget management.
