Description
The Frederick County Procurement & Contracting Dept is soliciting information from potential respondents for a demo of emergency communication consoles. The project's intention is to seek in-person demos of console setups at the Frederick County Public Safety Training Facility. Respondents are encouraged to provide any information to assist the county in defining the solicitation requirements. The demo consoles should provide specific functionality, including a linear console, monitors, computer CPUs, user-adjustable fans, and other features.
• The demo console must be set up on Monday, December 8, 2025, between 8:00 AM and 12:00 noon and removed on Friday, December 19, 2025, between 12:00 noon and 4:00 PM.
• The demo consoles will provide functionality such as a linear console, monitors, computer CPUs, and user-adjustable fans.
• Respondents are encouraged to provide information to assist the county in defining the solicitation requirements.
• The life of the console system furniture should be no less than 15 years.
• Console system furniture shall meet or exceed specific standards and guidelines, including ANSI/HFES 100-2007 and ANSI/BIFMA X5.5-1998.
