Beverage Service for NEISD Athletic Centers and Sports Facilities

North East Independent School District (NEISD) is soliciting proposals from non‑alcoholic beverage vendors to provide full‑service beverage vending for its athletic centers and sports facilities. The contract will cover provision of a wide range of beverages (carbonated, non‑carbonated, juices, sports drinks, bottled water, etc.), delivery, installation, maintenance, and service of 43 refrigerated coolers across multiple venues, as well as reporting, commission payments to schools, and optional incentives such as scholarships or product donations. Pricing must be firm for the first year, with possible adjustments at renewal. The initial term is three years with two optional one‑year renewals (maximum five years). NEISD does not guarantee purchase volumes; orders are placed as needed with a 48‑hour delivery window.
