Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Tier 1, and Tier 2 Support

The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is conducting market research to identify interested and capable businesses to provide Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for its SAP Retail Cloud environment. The agency is transitioning its SAP Retail Cloud program from implementation into a continuous Agile operations model supported by a CI/CD framework. The requirement includes providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support while leveraging SAP Tier 3 support for product-related issues. Interested parties are invited to submit a Capability Statement, which should include company profile, business size/socioeconomic status, technical capability, industry feedback, and existing contracts. • The CI/CD operational support model should maintain a "Clean Core" architecture and support interoperability with existing systems and technologies. • The contractor should have experience providing SAP Retail Cloud support, Agile software development, DevSecOps/CI/CD pipelines, Tier 1/Tier 2 operational support, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), S/4HANA, and enterprise cloud environments comparable in size and complexity to DeCA. • The contractor should be able to provide ongoing enhancements to meet evolving mission requirements. • The Government anticipates this effort to be a firm fixed price (FFP) type contract. • The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519 with a small business size standard of 34 Million Dollars.
