Description
The Women's Community Correctional Center (WCCC) is seeking a vendor to provide HVAC preventive and reactive maintenance services for the facility. The scope of work includes monthly, quarterly, and annual inspections and maintenance of all air conditioning units, as well as emergency repair services. The vendor must be able to respond to emergency service calls within one hour and have a site inspection prior to submitting a bid. The contract will be for a period of two years, with the option to extend for up to three additional terms of two years each.
• The vendor must provide a monthly preventative maintenance agreement that includes all goods and services required under the specifications set forth in the scope of work.
• The vendor must meet all qualification requirements at the time of bid submission to be eligible for award under this solicitation.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable state and federal statutes.
• The vendor must provide proof of Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) compliance dated at the time of bid submission.
• The vendor must provide proof of licensing compliance and maintain all required licenses throughout the term of the contract.
