The Bank of North Dakota (BND) seeks qualified vendors to deliver technology integration, business‑process‑optimization, and data‑management services centered on Fiserv banking platforms. The contract will be awarded on a multiple‑award, work‑order basis, allowing vendors to accept or decline individual tasks. Vendors must demonstrate deep expertise with Fiserv applications (Premier, Director, Communicator Advantage, etc.) and the ability to provide advisory, configuration, and implementation support across banking operations, data analytics, and automation. The solicitation emphasizes a fully‑loaded blended hourly rate schedule and requires completion of a Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) security assessment prior to award. No guaranteed volume of work is provided; work will be issued “as‑needed” over a one‑year base term with possible renewals.
