This solicitation seeks a qualified proposer to design, engineer, and fully construct a boutique grocery store for the City of Cedar Key, handling every phase from feasibility studies through final occupancy. The work includes comprehensive due‑diligence, licensing of Florida‑based professionals, and a turnkey build‑out covering demolition, site work, structural improvements, interior finishes, all life‑safety systems, specialized refrigeration equipment, ADA‑compliant access, and backup power.
