The Columbus Consolidated Government is seeking a qualified firm to provide executive search/recruitment services for an Executive Director for the Columbus Sports & Entertainment Authority. The selected firm will conduct a national search and provide services including development of a position profile, national recruitment and candidate sourcing, screening and vetting of candidates, coordination of interviews, and assistance with the final selection and offer process. The Authority is looking for a firm with experience in sports-related and entertainment venues, arenas, or civic centers, and a proven track record of placing executive directors or similar leadership roles.
• The scope of work includes conducting a national search for an Executive Director
• The selected firm will provide services including development of a position profile, national recruitment and candidate sourcing, screening and vetting of candidates, coordination of interviews, and assistance with the final selection and offer process
• The Authority is looking for a firm with experience in sports-related and entertainment venues, arenas, or civic centers
• The firm should have a proven track record of placing executive directors or similar leadership roles
• The contract will be for a period of time necessary to complete the search process, with a desired timeline of 6-8 weeks for candidate recruitment and screening, and 2-3 weeks for interviews and finalist selection
