Budget estimate

$200,000 – $500,000

The budget for this project is not explicitly stated in the document. However, based on the scope of work, which includes replacing storefront windows, insulating the front wall assembly, repainting the facade, restoring the front balcony, repointing brick, and replacing the exterior sign, the estimated budget could be in the range of $200,000 to $500,000. This estimate is based on the assumption that the project requires a significant amount of labor and materials, and the contractor will need to ensure that the work is done to a high standard to meet the historic preservation requirements.
