Description
This solicitation seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive, county‑wide maintenance for all IT hardware—including desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, servers, and peripheral devices—servicing roughly 6,500 users and over 10,000 devices across more than 100 Gwinnett County locations. The contract is an annual “not‑to‑exceed, all‑inclusive” agreement with up to four optional one‑year renewals. Vendors must guarantee a 4‑hour on‑site response, conduct preventive maintenance per schedule, supply parts and labor, and deliver monthly KPI reports.
