Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking lodging services for the Birmingham VAMC. The contractor will be required to provide standard double rooms that are handicap accessible, with a single flat nightly rate per CLIN. The contractor will also be required to provide shuttle service daily between 6:30 AM and 8:00 PM, with a maximum pickup wait time of 30 minutes for beneficiaries. The contractor will be responsible for handling incidentals and will be reimbursed only for nights actually occupied or not cancelled within the 24-hour cancellation window.
