Modernized Cloud-Based Software as a Service (SaaS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solution

The University of New Mexico is seeking a comprehensive cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution specifically designed and configured for higher education. The solution should improve service quality, data integrity, security, user experience, operational efficiency, reduce technical maintenance and effort, and support data-informed decision-making. The scope of work includes modernizing administrative functions across Financial Administration, Institutional Budgeting, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Institutional Operations, Human Resources/Payroll (HCM) Administration, and Student Information System (SIS) Administration. • The solution must be designed and configured for higher education. • The solution should improve service quality, data integrity, security, user experience, operational efficiency, reduce technical maintenance and effort, and support data-informed decision-making. • The scope of work includes modernizing administrative functions across Financial Administration, Institutional Budgeting, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Institutional Operations, Human Resources/Payroll (HCM) Administration, and Student Information System (SIS) Administration. • The University reserves the right to make multiple awards to a primary and secondary source or to otherwise split the award of the items, projects and/or sections of this proposal. • The University reserves the right to cancel without penalty, this RFP, any resultant Purchase Order/Agreement, or any portion thereof for convenience, unsatisfactory performance, or unavailability of funds.
