Description
The Dougherty County Board of Education School Nutrition Program is seeking sealed bids for groceries for the School Nutrition Program. The contract will commence on July 1, 2026, and terminate on June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for up to two one-year terms. The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying and delivering fresh products and services to the school district. The bid specifications and vendor bid form are available for download.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The Board/SNP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
• The bidder must comply with the Buy American Act and purchase domestic commodities or products to the maximum extent practicable.
• The bidder must provide a certification regarding debarment, suspension, ineligibility, and voluntary exclusion.
• The bidder must provide a statement of assurance that their business will be conducted in accordance with the Dougherty County School System's policy of equal opportunity for competitively bid purchases.
