Description
Gwinnett County Public Schools is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified suppliers for the purchase of Chromebooks. The contract term is effective June 19, 2026, or upon award, through June 18, 2027, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods. The district is looking for a supplier to provide Chromebooks, with the ability to track shipments and provide shipping information. The supplier must be a certified reseller/partner for both HP and Lenovo and provide at least three references of similar projects. The awarded supplier will be required to deliver devices to different school locations and provide a complete electronic list of serial numbers or service tags per school.
• The supplier must provide a manufacturer's warranty duration, coverages, terms, and conditions.
• The supplier must provide any available extended warranties, their durations, coverages, terms, and conditions.
• The supplier must palletize the Chromebooks and provide a lift gate and pallet jack if required.
• The supplier must not ship any materials to GCPS unless a purchase order has been issued for that item.
