Description
The Nevada Army National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide catered meals for 100 personnel during training at Camp Navajo, Arizona, from April 15-18, 2026. The contractor must provide individually boxed and delivered meals. The evaluation of quotes will be based on price and technical capability, with the award going to the vendor whose response represents the best value to the government.
• The contractor must provide a proposed menu for each meal.
• The contractor must demonstrate reasonable assurance that they are in the primary business of or have agreements with entities in the primary business of catering services.
• The contractor must submit a completed pricing sheet with their quote.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable tariffs, rates, charges, regulations, requirements, terms, and conditions of the solicitation.
