The Philadelphia Department of Prisons is seeking to acquire a cashless kiosk system to replace its current token-based payment system. The system should include three free-standing cashless kiosks, three free-standing cash-to-card kiosks, and three point-of-sale systems. The selected vendor should provide all related materials necessary to ensure the machines are fully operational upon installation.
