Description
The Indian Health Service’s Gallup Indian Medical Center is seeking a vendor to provide the Hologic SecureXchange solution for its radiology department. The scope includes supplying the SecureXchange software (Enterprise Platform license, 21.8 TB archive, disaster‑recovery mirror, 27.3 TB expansion unit), delivering, installing, configuring, and integrating the system with existing network and imaging equipment, validating functionality, and providing up to eight hours of user/administrator training. The contract also requires 12 months of technical support, software updates, and patch management. Delivery of the software must occur within 30 days of award, with installation and training completed within 60 days. The period of performance runs from 1 Oct 2026 to 28 Feb 2027 (≈5 months). • Conduct system validation and acceptance testing
• Deliver up to 8 hours of on‑site/remote training for administrators and end‑users

• Meet all federal, HHS, and IHS security & privacy requirements (FISMA, HIPAA, etc.)
• Deliver software within 30 days of award; complete installation & training within 60 days.
