Description
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation is soliciting Bidders for the acquisition of Toilets Portable and/or Composting and Related Products and Services. The contract will be for an initial duration of 2 years with 2 options to renew for 2 years each, for a total maximum contract duration of 6 years. The contract is based on a "Fee for Service" type procurement method, and the estimated value of the contract is based on previous purchases of goods and services on contracts of identical size and scope. The Bidder must be able to provide and deliver products and services to all Commonwealth departments, agencies, and political subdivisions within the state. The Bidder must also be able to offer ADA Wheelchair Accessible units. Key services include seasonal servicing, removal and disposal of liquid and solid wastes, repairs or replacements of system components, installation, and relocation of equipment.
