Description
The Rochester Community Schools is soliciting bids for the replacement of heating ventilators at Hart Middle School. The project is part of the 2020 Sinking Fund and is being managed by Frank Rewold and Sons Inc. Bid documents, including bid forms, are available on the Frank Rewold and Sons Portal. A non-mandatory prebid walk-through is scheduled for Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at the main entrance of Hart Middle School. Bids are due on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. EST, and must be submitted on the provided forms in a sealed envelope. The successful contractor will be required to obtain performance and payment bonds for any bid category exceeding $50,000.
