Description
The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater is seeking bids for HVAC Technician, Chiller and Steamfitter services. The contract will be for a period of one year with the option to renew for four additional one-year terms. The successful bidder will be required to provide services including repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, chillers, and steamfitters. The university anticipates that the contract will be used by various departments and campuses.
• The contract will be awarded based on the criteria established in the Request for Bid.
• The bidder must provide a detailed technical proposal outlining their ability to meet the technical requirements of the solicitation.
• The bidder must provide a warranty and service level agreement for the services provided.
• The bidder must identify products that are made of recycled products, use environmentally friendly production methods, or can be recycled at the end of their service life.
• The bidder must provide a list of all NRTL certifications their proposed product has achieved.
• The bidder must provide emergency preparedness plan to serve the University in case of emergency situations.
