Description
The Cosumnes Community Services District is seeking a qualified firm to provide Telecommunications Portfolio Management Services. The selected contractor will be responsible for administering and managing the District's telecommunications facilities portfolio, including lease administration, site development, revenue optimization, and asset management. The contractor will also provide strategic guidance and support to the District in managing its telecommunications assets and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The scope of work includes portfolio administration, telecommunications policy administration, site development, revenue optimization, facility operations, and strategic planning.
• The District has a portfolio of approximately 26 telecommunications agreements with wireless carriers and infrastructure providers.
• The District is seeking a contractor to provide expertise in telecommunications facility management, lease administration, and revenue optimization.
• The contractor will be required to conduct market evaluations, fair market value assessments, and lease audits to identify revenue enhancement opportunities.
• The contractor will also be responsible for coordinating inspections, maintenance activities, and capital improvement projects.
