Preventive Maintenance Services for HVAC systems in Annex Compound

The U.S. Embassy in Seoul, South Korea is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance services for HVAC systems in the Annex Compound. The contract will be for a period of one year, with a maximum of four one-year optional periods of performance. The contractor will be responsible for performing scheduled preventive maintenance tasks, including inspecting, adjusting, and replacing parts as necessary. The contractor will also be required to provide trained technicians, equipment, and materials to perform the services. The contract includes all costs associated with providing preventive maintenance services, including materials, labor, insurance, overhead, profit, and GST. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing preventive maintenance services for HVAC systems in the Annex Compound • Performing scheduled preventive maintenance tasks, including inspecting, adjusting, and replacing parts as necessary • Providing trained technicians, equipment, and materials to perform the services • Maintaining a supply of expendable and common parts on site • Coordinating with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to ensure compliance with contract requirements • Providing a written report in English to the COR containing system information, pass/fail of each feature and type of component tested, and any comments on system condition
