The West Virginia Department of Education is seeking a Finance and HR Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System to replace its current system. The system should include core function software application modules for finance, human resources, and other related functions. The proposal should include information about the vendor's qualifications, experience, and ability to meet the requirements of the RFP. The evaluation criteria include qualifications and experience, functionality, reporting and analytics, implementation methodology, budgeting and forecasting, user experience, integration capabilities, compliance and audit trail, and cost. • The system should be able to handle financial management, human resources, and other related functions. • The system should be able to provide reporting and analytics capabilities. • The system should be able to integrate with other systems and provide a user-friendly interface. • The system should be able to meet the requirements of the RFP and provide a cost-effective solution.
