Central Arizona College is seeking a vendor to provide full‑service snack and beverage vending across its four campuses in Arizona. The contractor must supply, install, own, stock, and maintain modern vending machines (drink, snack, soda‑glass) and operate on a commission‑based model that includes a guaranteed annual minimum commission. The scope includes twice‑weekly restocking, 48‑hour repair response, cash‑less payment capability, quarterly sales reporting, and compliance with insurance and indemnification requirements. The contract term is three years with two optional one‑year extensions.
