Warehouse 3 HVAC Replacement

The US Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District intends to award a sole source contract for the replacement of the HVAC system in Warehouse 3, located at 7400 Leake Ave, New Orleans, LA. The scope of work includes installing six new 4-ton Energy Star Certified heat pump split systems, suspended above the ceiling and ducted with flex to each area to control humidity and space temperature. The contractor will be responsible for providing all equipment, materials, supplies, and labor to complete the work. The period of performance for this requirement is two months. • The contractor must comply with applicable installation, facility local security policies and procedures. • The contractor must provide all information required for background checks or background investigation and to meet installation/facility access requirements. • The contractor must follow the guidelines of standard building and mechanical codes, including the current National Electrical code. • The contractor must ensure that all work meets acceptable building standards and Federal and State safety codes.
