HVAC System Maintenance, Preventative and Repair Services

The Department of Property and Procurement is seeking a contractor to provide heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system maintenance, preventative, and repair services for the Virgin Islands Bureau of Internal Revenue. The contractor will be responsible for performing routine inspections, air filter maintenance, cleaning of components, refrigerant checks, system calibration, inspection of ductwork, system lubrication, and electrical system checks. The contractor will also be required to develop and submit an accomplishment report after each scheduled service, detailing the services performed, issues identified, and corrective actions taken. • The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, parts/materials, and supervision necessary to perform the services. • The contractor must submit an invoice in pdf format for actual services performed, including the service period, description of services performed, itemization of charges, total due, and the contract number. • The contractor must perform services between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. • The contractor must provide a quotation for any repair services that may be required, which must be accepted and approved by the Bureau of Internal Revenue before the work can be performed.
