Description
The Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) is seeking qualified contractors to provide in-home support services, including personal assistance, caregiver respite care, and participant assessment, for older persons living in the Texas Gulf Coast area. The services will be provided under a contract awarded through this Request for Proposal (RFP) process. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering these services to eligible participants in the region. Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing personal assistance with daily living activities
• Offering caregiver respite care to support family members and caregivers
• Conducting participant assessments to determine eligibility and service needs
• Collaborating with H-GAC staff and other service providers to ensure comprehensive support
The contractor will be expected to demonstrate experience and expertise in providing similar services, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality, participant-centered care.
