RFQ-26-04382 Configuration Management Database Professional Services

The Executive Office of Technology Services and Security is seeking a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) professional to lead and guide the development of a CMDB within ServiceNow. The selected vendor will provide expertise in CMDB implementation, ServiceNow, and ITIL v4. The scope of work includes designing and configuring the CMDB, developing a governance framework, and providing training and knowledge transfer to agency staff. The contract will be for an initial 12-month term, with the possibility of renewal or extension. Key aspects of the job include: • Leading the design, rollout, and governance of the CMDB program • Developing and implementing the CMDB strategy, governance framework, and data quality standards • Designing and configuring CI classes, relationships, and dependencies to support accurate service mapping • Overseeing discovery, integrations, and reconciliation with key systems • Ensuring alignment with ITIL processes and creating dashboards and reports for infrastructure health and service dependencies
