Description
The U.S. Embassy in Skopje, North Macedonia is seeking a contractor to provide reception catering services for the 4th of July event in 2026. The event is expected to have 1200-1500 guests and will require a variety of food and beverage services, including staffing, equipment, and supplies. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary services to ensure a successful event. The contract will be awarded to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.
Some key requirements for the contractor include:
* Providing a team of approximately 70 staff, including preparation chefs, grill chefs, and stewarding staff
* Setting up food stations, bars, and other necessary equipment
* Providing sufficient napkins, table covers, and other supplies for the event
