The State of Alabama’s Department of Human Resources is seeking a vendor to provide one preventive‑maintenance (PM) visit for each of its county offices during the period 07/01/26 – 09/30/26. The work includes filter replacement, thorough cleaning of coils, fans, condensers, drains, and related components, completion of inspection/acceptance forms, water‑treatment testing for designated counties, and any minor repairs identified during the PM that must be quoted and approved before completion. Vendors must hold current Alabama HVAC, refrigeration, and gas‑fitter licenses and EPA 608 certification, and must provide all labor, travel, tools, filters, and supplies in a single all‑inclusive unit price. The solicitation is a Quick Quote (RFQ) with a single‐source purchase order; only contractors that attended the mandatory site‑visit from Round 1 are eligible.
