X1AB--Executive Leadership Training Conference - Conference Rooms/AV Services

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration is seeking a hotel to provide conference rooms and audio-visual services for the Executive Leadership Training Conference, scheduled for April 20-22, 2026. The conference will have 100 participants and requires various meeting rooms, audio-visual equipment, and other services. The hotel must have a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and meet all requirements outlined in the Statement of Work. Some key requirements include: • One general session room with a minimum of 8,000 square feet • Three breakout rooms with a minimum of 1,000 square feet each • Two admin rooms • A boardroom • Various audio-visual equipment, including LCD monitors, projectors, and microphones • Complimentary easels, water, and coffee The contract will be awarded based on a comparative evaluation of technical capability and price.
