Description
The Tattnall County School Nutrition Program is soliciting sealed bids for milk and dairy products for the School Nutrition Program during School Year 2026-2027. The contract will commence on July 27, 2026, and terminate on June 30, 2027. The successful bidder will be required to provide products in accordance with the Standard Terms and Conditions, Special Terms and Conditions, and the IFB. The bidder must have a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan in place and provide documentation verifying that a written HACCP plan is followed.
• The contract is for the provision of milk and dairy products to 5 schools.
• The bidder must have a HACCP plan in place for recall/hold control procedures.
• The bidder must provide 24/7 accessibility to staff in the event of a food/USDA Hold/Recall.
• The bidder must have a public notification capability on their website to provide updates on food/USDA Hold and Recall data for customers.
