IFB for Overhead Radiographic System

Weber State University is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, install, and support a complete Overhead Radiographic System solution for its campus. The procurement includes three fully equipped CoreLabs Halo OTC overhead X‑ray units, integrated AGFA digital radiography workstations, automated vertical tracking hardware, comprehensive installation services, removal and disposal of legacy equipment, and multi‑year maintenance contracts. The university will award a purchase order to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; the contract is a one‑time purchase with an optional 120‑day window for additional orders. • Supply of three CoreLabs Halo OTC overhead radiographic systems (or equivalent) with generators, elevating tables, tube carriers, collimators, and a 1‑year warranty. • Provide three AGFA digital DR panels and workstations (or equivalent), including batteries, chargers, and touch‑screen monitors. • Deliver installation, removal of two legacy floor‑mount X‑ray systems, relocation of one used system, and two years of planned maintenance per new system plus one year for the retained legacy system. • Include freight, shipping, tariffs, and all associated logistics; provide product samples and detailed specifications for any “or equal” alternatives.
