The State of Tennessee is seeking a single Managed Service Provider to operate its statewide Staff Augmentation Program and to manage project‑based staffing for all state agencies. The contractor must deliver a Vendor Management System (VMS) that handles requisition workflow, candidate submission, time‑keeping, invoicing, and reporting across four job categories (IT, Medical, General Administration, Language & Communication).
