26-008 Purchase of Serving Line Equipment for Various Schools

The Muscogee County School District is seeking bids for the purchase and installation of serving line equipment for various schools. The equipment includes serving counters, hot food serving counters, cash register stands, and work tables. The successful bidder will be responsible for delivering, uncrating, setting in place, and making final connections with correct utilities within 4ft of the unit. The bid price should include the cost of instruction manuals, training, and warranty. • The equipment must meet the specifications outlined in the bid document. • The bidder must provide a detailed specification sheet for the equipment quoted for each school. • The bidder must include delivery, un-crate, set in place, and final connections with correct utilities within 4ft of the unit in their bid price. • The bidder must confirm all utilities with the School Nutrition Program before ordering the equipment. • The bidder must remove any crates and trash from the job site.
