Description
The Romeo Community Schools is seeking a vendor to provide Video Production Tricaster equipment for Romeo High School. The awarded vendor will be responsible for supplying the equipment, including delivery, installation, and training. The equipment includes a Tricaster system, monitors, cameras, and other accessories. The vendor must provide all labor, materials, services, and equipment, and coordinate the entire process with the district. The bid must include a base bid and may include equivalent products. The district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to award the contract to the bidder whose proposal best fits the needs of the district.
