Tyler Enterprise ERP (Munis) Optimization

The City of Albany is seeking a proposal for the optimization of their existing Munis workflows across key modules. The scope of service includes modernizing and optimizing existing workflows, reducing bottlenecks, and improving turnaround times through automated routing, notifications, and exception handling. The selected vendor will also provide staff training and supporting documentation to ensure successful adoption and long-term sustainability. The city is currently using various modules, including Accounting, Human Resources and Talent Management, Payroll with ESS, Contract Management, Project and Grant Accounting, Purchasing, and Tyler Content Manager SE Upgrade. • Modernize and optimize existing Munis workflows across key modules • Reduce bottlenecks and improve turnaround times through automated routing, notifications, and exception handling • Ensure workflows are consistent, auditable, and aligned with organizational policies • Provide staff training and supporting documentation to ensure successful adoption and long-term sustainability
