Gwinnett County seeks an authorized HP reseller to supply a full line of HP® file servers and associated peripheral equipment under an annual contract. The vendor must provide pricing below the Georgia state contract price for servers and peripherals, offer value‑added services (on‑site configuration, order tracking, rapid response to quote requests), and meet extensive insurance and compliance requirements. The contract commences Jan 1 2027 for one year with up to four optional renewal periods.
