Food Service Worker

The US Department of Defense is seeking information from vendors who can provide non-personal Food Service Worker support at the Mike O’Callaghan Military Medical Center (MOMMC), Nellis AFB, NV. The anticipated period of performance is a base period with four 12-month option periods. Services include basic food preparation, sanitation, and patient tray delivery in accordance with DHA and Air Force nutritional standards. • The Government requests that interested contractors provide capability statements demonstrating their ability to meet all government requirements stated in the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). • The capability statement should include a brief summary of the responder's experience providing food service personnel in an institutional or hospital setting. • The statement should also indicate an interest and the capability to provide the requested services in response to this RFI. • Respondents should answer administrative questions, including billing frequency and performance standards. • Confirmation of the company's business size and socio-economic categories is also required.
