Description
The U.S. Air Force 726 Air Mobility Squadron at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, seeks a lodging‑agent contractor to secure and manage at least 330 off‑base hotel rooms per day for Air Force personnel through 31 March 2027 (with potential extensions). The contractor must coordinate reservations, ensure rooms are within DoD per‑diem rates, negotiate volume discounts, provide 24/7 check‑in/check‑out capability, maintain compliance with DoD, host‑nation fire/safety, GDPR, and NDAA‑889 security requirements, and handle invoicing via WAWF (excluding German VAT). Performance reporting (occupancy, billing reconciliation, reservation rosters) is required, and the contractor must be able to surge capacity during military exercises.
• Provide 330 single‑occupancy standard rooms daily, within ~50 km of the base.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and on‑call support 24/7.
