Supply of IT infrastructure for servers, network, backup, and storage

The U.S. Embassy in Buenos Aires requires the supply of IT infrastructure, including servers, network, backup, and system storage. The contract will be awarded to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. The vendor needs to provide the items at the earliest possible date, not exceeding 20 calendar days after the award and reception of the purchase order/contract from the U.S. Embassy in Buenos Aires. The delivery date is an evaluation factor for the award. • The required items include: • 2 Switches • 1 Storage • 3 Servers • 1 Network interface • 5 Software licenses for Windows Server 2025 Standard • The vendor must have a minimum of 3 years of presence in the IT market and demonstrate the ability to supply IT items to important customers. • The vendor must also complete and submit the following: SF-1449, Section 1 Pricing, Section 5 Representations and Certifications, and proof of SAM Registration.
