HVAC Water Treatment Services

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department is seeking bids for HVAC Water Treatment Services. The successful bidder will be required to provide a complete HVAC Water Treatment Service Program for all buildings listed in the bid, including water testing, treatment chemicals, equipment, and labor. The program should minimize corrosion, scale buildup, and biological growth in HVAC systems without creating a hazard to operational personnel or the environment. The contract is expected to commence on January 1, 2026, and end on December 31, 2029, with the option to renew for an additional year. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing recommendations and proposals for a complete HVAC Water Treatment Service Program • Including all necessary materials, equipment, chemicals, and labor in the proposal • Ensuring water quality for all HVAC Systems • Providing emergency service calls within 24 hours of notification at no extra charge • Participating in annual boiler inspections and assisting in preparing for inspections • Providing chemicals for summer lay-up of steam boilers and assisting in preparing boilers for this period
