AAGA - FY26/27 Custodial Services

The State of Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide custodial services for various state buildings. The contract will require the vendor to provide routine and periodic cleaning services, and to have a dedicated project manager on site. The vendor must also have experience providing commercial custodial services for at least ten office buildings within the Denver metropolitan area. The contract will be for a period of two years, covering fiscal years 2026 and 2027. Some key requirements for the vendor include: • Providing all specified custodial services using company employees, with no subcontracting permitted • Maintaining a physical presence within a 30-mile radius of the State Capitol • Having a minimum of five years of experience providing commercial custodial services • Providing a detailed description of the vendor's organizational experience and personnel • Meeting specific equipment and resource requirements • Being responsive to modified custodial services schedules on an as-needed basis
