Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is procuring a sole‑source upgrade of the ScriptPro Workflow Management System for its Marion and Fort Wayne VA Medical Centers. ScriptPro USA, Inc. will supply updated software, related hardware, installation, training, and a 12‑month maintenance and support period. The effort includes removal of legacy equipment, configuration of new workstations, printers, robotics inspection cameras, and security appliances, with all deliverables to be completed within six months of award, followed by a year of support.
• Provide ScriptPro WMS software upgrades and licensing for two VA sites.
• Deliver and install hardware (workstations, printers, cameras, security devices) within 90 days of order receipt.
• Complete installation, testing, and training within 180 days of award.
• Provide 12 months of post‑installation maintenance, remote/on‑site support, and parts replacement.
• All work performed under a firm‑fixed‑price purchase order, with extensive Section 508, security, and sustainability compliance requirements.
