Development Review Team Customer Service Training

The County of Sacramento is seeking a consultant to provide administrative and instructional development services for a customized training program focused on customer service. The selected consultant will design and deliver an interactive training course tailored to the County's Development Review Team, incorporating the team's Four Pillars of excellent customer service and related Behavior Statements. The training will address communication skills, common customer scenarios, and best practices for embedding customer service principles into everyday actions. Key responsibilities include developing and delivering the training course, providing a supplemental lesson for supervisorial staff, and ensuring all course materials are made available to the County. • The training course will be delivered in-person, with approximately 10-12 half-day sessions, and must be completed by December 15, 2026. • The consultant will work closely with County leadership and staff to ensure the training meets the team's specific needs and goals. • The selected consultant will be responsible for providing all necessary materials, equipment, and personnel to deliver the training course. • The County is seeking a consultant with relevant experience in designing and delivering customer service training programs for government agencies.
